All templates, themes, and digital assets sold on ElementorCanvas are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The template is defective or does not function as described in its listing.
- The template is incompatible with your version of Elementor or WordPress despite meeting the stated requirements.
- You have not downloaded the template files.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- AI-generated customizations after the AI output has been delivered.
- Subscription fees for active subscription periods.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
- Templates that have been modified after download.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@elementorcanvas.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a template, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We may offer an exchange for a template of equal value as an alternative.
