By accessing or using ElementorCanvas ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ElementorCanvas provides an AI-powered marketplace for Elementor templates, themes, and design assets. Users can browse, preview, purchase, download, and generate AI-customized templates.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to purchase or download templates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Upon successful payment, you gain a license to use the purchased template as described in our Licensing section.
5. Licensing
Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template on a single website unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense templates without explicit written permission.
6. AI-Generated Customizations
Templates customized via AI tools are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated modifications will meet specific requirements or be error-free.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
ElementorCanvas is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific template giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased templates remains for templates already downloaded.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
